FLOOR#6 Made in China is a walkway made of cement tiles placed on wooden pallets like a bridge, and it’s an installation that can be walked on. The tiles contain fragments of Chinese porcelain, produced and sold at low prices, which invaded the world market. This work implicates a bitter and acute consideration that opposes uniqueness and seriality. The first is always more rare, the second is always more common.
FLOOR#6 is something contemporary that bursts into history, it’s the unstoppable advancing of cultural diversity that modifies behaviors and unhinges certainties.
